Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Cashier and To-go Specialist to join our team in a fast-paced restaurant environment. The ideal candidate will excel in guest relations and possess strong communication skills to ensure a seamless takeout experience for our customers. This role is essential in providing exceptional customer service while managing orders efficiently and accurately. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with their takeout orders, ensuring a positive dining experience. Accurately enter orders into the POS system, ensuring all details are correct for timely preparation. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure that all orders are prepared accurately and promptly. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues related to takeout orders, maintaining high standards of customer service. Prepare and package food items for takeout, ensuring quality and presentation meet restaurant standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the takeout area, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to enhance overall guest services and improve operational efficiency. Requirements Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly POS, is a plus but not mandatory; training will be provided. A passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
