The Goodwill Citizenship behaviors guide the way we act toward each other, our customers, and our clients. They are embedded in who we are. Be kind. Be open. Be consistent. Be flexible. Listen to understand. Speak up. Offer praise. Own it. Goodwill counts on our employees to represent the Agency in all interactions with other members of the Goodwill community and with the public.
