Front Desk Staff

Key Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly as they enter the restaurant Take customer orders accurately (in-person, phone, and/or online systems) Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries Operate the POS (Point of Sale) system and handle cash/credit transactions Manage takeout and delivery orders, including coordinating with kitchen staff and drivers Maintain a clean and organized front counter and dining area Provide menu guidance, including specials and promotions Resolve basic customer complaints or escalate issues to management Restock items such as napkins, utensils, and beverages as needed

$15.50 - $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 3 - 40 per week
