This is a Friday and Saturday night role, 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM, serving our famous 20-inch pies and hot slices to the late-night crowd. The first half of your shift is fast and high-energy as the bars let out; the back half is closing the place down — cleaning, restocking, and getting it spotless for the next day. If you're a night owl who likes to stay busy, work fast, and end the shift with the place shining, this is a great way to earn weekend money on a schedule that works around a day job or classes. Responsibilities Serve walk-in customers during the late-night rush with speed and a friendly attitude Take orders and run the register, handling cash and card transactions accurately Prep pizzas for the oven and reheat slices to order during peak hours Restock ingredients, toppings, and supplies as the rush moves After close: complete full clean-down of the counter, dining area, and stations Take out trash, refill coolers, sweep, mop, and reset the space for the next day Follow all food safety and closing procedures to leave the store spotless and secure Qualifications Available to work Friday and Saturday nights, 11:00 PM to 4:00 AM Reliable and punctual — late-night shifts depend on the crew showing up Comfortable working fast during a rush and thorough during cleanup A friendly, customer-first attitude, even at 2 AM Able to stand for the full shift and lift up to 50 lbs Reliable transportation for late-night hours Must be 18 or older Food service experience a plus (we'll train motivated people) Join us to bring the best late-night slice in Birmingham!
