Duties Prepare and assemble food items quickly and accurately, ensuring quality standards are met at all times Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders, handle transactions, and manage cash handling responsibilities Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, and upselling menu items to enhance their experience Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards through food handling, bussing tables, and kitchen sanitation practices Assist with food safety procedures, including proper food storage, handling, and hygiene protocols Support team members with food prep tasks, stocking supplies, and ensuring efficient workflow during busy periods Engage in basic math for cash transactions and retail math for sales tracking to ensure accuracy in all financial dealings Requirements Previous experience in food service or quick service & fast food restaurant environments is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude! Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a plus; training will be provided if needed Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during high-volume periods Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor Ability to handle food safely and follow sanitation guidelines diligently Basic math skills for cash handling and sales transactions Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings in a fast-paced setting Experience in retail math or grocery store environments is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on a rewarding journey with us where your energy fuels our success!
