As a Restaurant Cashier, you will collaborate with team members to facilitate all transactions and keep track of orders, all while providing excellent guest service to esteemed guests. Collaborate with dining room, service, and kitchen team members to keep track of all orders, monetary situations, and charges, validating methods of payment, completing transactions, and processing credit card payments Answer any questions guests may have regarding service or payment Scan items and ensure pricing is correct, resolving discrepancies and processing payments Clean up checkout area and keep organized; keep receipt paper and other stationery stocked Maintain accurate tabs on restaurant tables' orders using the venue's primary point of sale system More about you Strong organizational skills Excellent guest service skills No high school diploma or GED required Shift details Evenings Days Holidays Weekends Who we are Delaware North is the food, beverage, and retail provider at Little Caesars Arena.
