The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, a strong understanding of restaurants operations, and the ability to handle cash transactions accurately. As a Cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while ensuring smooth checkout processes. Duties Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions efficiently. Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions with accuracy and integrity. Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting them with their purchases. Upsell products and promote special offers to enhance the shopping experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the lobby area and workstation. Conduct product demonstrations to engage customers and promote new items. Ensure compliance with all restaurant policies regarding cash handling and customer interactions. Experience Previous experience in cashiering or retail sales is preferred. Familiarity with restaurant operations is a plus. Basic math skills for handling transactions and providing change accurately. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with customers and team members.
