Duties Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges Handle cash, credit card, and digital payments with precision and integrity Provide friendly customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and offering product assistance Conduct product demos to showcase new or featured items, encouraging upselling opportunities Maintain store appearance by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and merchandising displays Assist with inventory management through stocking and inventory counts to ensure product availability Uphold phone etiquette standards when answering inquiries or providing support over the phone Skills Proven experience with POS systems and cash handling procedures Supervising experience in retail or grocery store environments is a plus Ability to perform retail math accurately for transactions and inventory counts Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customers effectively Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of grocery store operations, merchandising, and stock management Basic math skills for balancing registers and calculating totals during sales transactions Experience in upselling products or services to enhance sales performance Familiarity with product demos and promotional activities to engage customers effectively Professional phone etiquette for handling customer inquiries confidently Embark on your night shift journey with us where your energy fuels exceptional service!
