Function :

Responsible for the proper cashier transactions and friendly interaction with all guests.

Work Performed :

1. Collects payment from guests and makes change for cash transactions, authorizes, and finalizes credit card payments and verifies identification for personal checks and credit cards. 2. Ensures an accurate counting of all transactions, collections, and disbursements during shift. 3. Reconcile checks, cash receipts, and charge sales with totals to verify accuracy of transactions at the end of shifts. 4. Ensures cashier station is organized and stocked. 5. Able to describe all Z Chef's Café items for sale to customers. 6. Able to use and sell within the online system. 7. Know the prices and products for sale in Z Chef's Café. 8. Help, as directed, in the display of the food products in the hot/cold units in the public areas. 9. Answering the telephone in a professional and courteous manner. 10. Monitors café dining for cleanliness. 11. Any other tasks or duties as assigned by management.

Physical Requirements :

Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time. Able to lift 30 lbs. on a regular basis.

Educational Requirements :

High School Diploma or equivalent.

Other Requirements:

Able to work a variety of shifts.

Age Requirements:

Must be 16 years of age or older.
