The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while ensuring the smooth operation of the gas station. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. We will fully trained. Come join our friendly station. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with fueling and other inquiries. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing transactions efficiently. Handle cash and perform accurate cash handling duties, including balancing the register at the end of shifts. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the gas station, including stocking shelves and merchandising products effectively. Conduct product demonstrations to promote sales and enhance customer experience. Upsell additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities. Supervise staff as needed, ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Utilize basic math skills for cash handling and retail math calculations. Assist in inventory management by restocking items as necessary. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or grocery store environments is preferred. Strong communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and customer interaction. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply for enhanced customer engagement. Experience with merchandising techniques and product demos is a plus. Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently. Basic math skills required for register operations and inventory management. Supervising experience is advantageous for potential leadership roles within the team.
