Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Cannabis Consultant, where your passion for the cannabis industry and exceptional customer service skills will shine! In this engaging role, you will educate customers about our wide range of cannabis products, assist them in making informed choices, and ensure a welcoming shopping experience. Your expertise will help demystify cannabis products, promote responsible consumption, and drive sales through personalized recommendations. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and provide expert guidance on cannabis products, including flowers, edibles, concentrates, and accessories Conduct product demonstrations and educate customers on effects, dosages, and usage methods to support responsible consumption Assist with merchandising and stock replenishment to maintain an attractive and organized sales floor Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately for transactions, including cash handling and credit card processing Upsell complementary products to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales revenue Maintain excellent phone etiquette when addressing customer inquiries or follow-up questions Support inventory management by stocking shelves, conducting stock counts, and ensuring product availability Requirements Previous retail sales experience with supervising or leadership responsibilities preferred Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures Strong communication skills, including bilingual abilities to serve diverse customer bases Experience in product demos, upselling techniques, and merchandising strategies Knowledge of grocery store operations or retail environments is a plus Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor Basic math skills for cash register operations and retail math calculations Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the cannabis industry while delivering outstanding service.
