Job Summary Receipts various types of payments in person and by telephone and provides information to students. Job Duties 1. Opens mail. 2. Receipts tuition payments from students. 3. Receipts testing payments. 4. Answers phone calls and processes telephone credit card payments from students and vendors. 5. Processes gift card requests from students. 6. Files paid invoices. 7. Performs other duties as assigned. Required Qualifications 1. High school diploma. 2. Basic computer knowledge. 3. Cash handling/balancing experience. 4. Customer service skills.
