What You'll Bring:

1-2+ years of customer-facing retail, administrative, or hospitality experience Previous dealership experience preferred but not required A team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment Working knowledge of Microsoft Suite and proficiency in Excel required Proficiency in dealership software a plus

What You'll Do:

Greet and assist customers who enter the service department. Direct calls and handle all customer payment and credit transactions. Responsible for the daily balancing and reconciling of cash office account/s. Handle daily bank deposits. Assist the Office Manager and/or General Manager with various clerical duties as needed. Identify prices of goods, services and total bills using calculator.
