Job Description

Qualifications:
Ability to work with the public and other employees. Ability to operate cash till. Good with numbers. Ability to do some janitorial work.
Major Duties and Responsibilities:
Working the till and dealing with customers in the Thrift Store. Keeping the store neat, appealing, and organized. Working with individuals from the DAC with special needs. Vacuuming the floors of the store. Washing the windows of the store as needed. Opening and Closing the Thrift Store. Balancing the 'Day Cash' to the 'Till Receipt'. Following the Policies of the Thrift Store.
Cleaning Bathrooms:
Bringing donated items into the store and sorting, tagging, hanging and putting them out. If, for a 'known' Dr.'s appointment, it must be approved in advance of appointment, as per the Personnel Policies. Vacation requests must be filled out in advance (one-two weeks before requested date/dates), unless there are special circumstances approved by the Store Manager and the Executive Director.

From $15.45 per hour
