Food Truck Cashier

Cashier/Server (Reports to front of house manager) General Job Description responsible for accurately recoring a customers order, processing the payment, getting the food to the customer, and maintaining an easy flow of orders in and out.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Answer questions about the menu, ingredients, and specials Process cash, card, and mobile payments Communicate with cooks to ensure orders are correct and timely Double-check completed orders before handing them out Keep the front counter clean and stocked (napkins, utensils, condiments) Handle high-volume rushes without slowing down service Follow food safety and hygiene standards Maintain a tidy and presentable service area
