Cashier at Convenience Store

Duties and responsibilities:

Operate cash register and handle cash transactions Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store Monitor inventory levels and restock as needed Process customer purchases accurately and efficiently Provide information and answer customer inquiries Follow company policies and procedures Handle customer complaints and resolve issues Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Previous cashier or customer service experience preferred Basic math skills Ability to handle cash transactions accurately Strong communication skills Knowledge of basic computer operations Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
