Part-time:

10-15 hours per week Weekend Availability is a Must! Position Overview We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier to join our team. This role is not just about processing transactions; it also involves engaging with customers to provide exceptional service and assisting with the stocking of store shelves. The ideal candidate will be a team player with a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and a keen eye for detail. Key Responsibilities Customer Service Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries and product selections. Provide information on products, pricing, and store policies. Address and resolve customer complaints and concerns in a courteous manner. Maintain a clean and organized checkout area to ensure a pleasant shopping experience. Cashiering Process sales transactions and take payments. Maintain a balanced cash drawer and ensure the accuracy of daily transactions. Reconcile cash drawers and sales receipts Work with the team to meet store sales goals Stocking and Inventory Assist with the stocking and organization of store shelves, ensuring products are displayed attractively and are easily accessible. Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to management. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in a retail or customer service role is preferred. Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift items up to 30 pounds. Skills and Abilities Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude. Knowledge of Point-of-Sale Systems. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
