Duties Operate the cash register efficiently and accurately, processing cash and card payments Greet customers with warmth and enthusiasm, assisting with orders and product questions Suggest menu items or add-ons to enhance the customer's experience (upselling encouraged) Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front counter and dining area Restock beverages, to-go items, and retail goods as needed Address customer inquiries and resolve any concerns quickly and professionally Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service during busy hours Experience Previous experience in food service is strongly preferred Friendly and approachable, with strong communication and interpersonal skills Proactive, dependable, and able to multitask in a fast-paced café environment Join our team today and become an essential part of creating unforgettable meals and seamless service for offices and events all across Kansas City!
