Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender with a valid work permit to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional beverages, deliver outstanding customer service, and create memorable experiences for our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality in every pour Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their overall experience and foster customer loyalty Manage cash transactions accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, processing orders efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations Develop new beverage recipes and suggest drink pairings to elevate the guest experience Restock bar supplies regularly, monitor inventory levels, and place orders as needed to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with team members to manage busy service periods effectively while upholding high standards of hospitality Requirements Valid work permit to legally work as a bartender in the hospitality industry Proven experience in bartending, preferably within fine dining or upscale restaurant settings Extensive knowledge of mixology, cocktail creation, wine varieties, spirits, and craft beer trends Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for processing sales and cash handling Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Experience in food handling, beverage recipe development, and food safety protocols Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and accurate order processing Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant environments; banquet or catering experience is a plus Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Join us if you're passionate about delivering exceptional service in a lively setting!
