[Jackson / Belhaven] About the Position We're a high-volume neighborhood pizzeria looking for a friendly and dependable Part-Time Cashier to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing great customer service. Our cashiers are the first point of contact for our guests , helping create a welcoming experience while keeping orders organized and accurate during busy service. Responsibilities Greet customers and take dine-in and takeout orders Answer phones and enter orders into the POS system Process cash and credit card payments Package takeout orders and confirm accuracy Communicate clearly with kitchen staff during busy service Keep the counter and dining area clean and organized Restock pizza boxes, drinks, napkins, and other front-of-house items Requirements Friendly, positive attitude with strong customer service skills Ability to stay calm and organized in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Comfortable standing for extended periods Available to work evenings and weekends Preferred (but not required): Previous restaurant, retail, or cashier experience Experience using a POS system What We Offer Competitive hourly pay Flexible scheduling Employee meal discounts A team-oriented work environment
