Duties Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately to process retail sales transactions, including scanning items, applying discounts, and handling returns. Manage cash register operations with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring proper cash drawer handling and balancing at the end of each shift. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering product questions, and assisting with product demos when needed. Upsell store products by identifying customer needs and recommending additional items to enhance their shopping experience. Stock shelves and organize merchandise to maintain an attractive and accessible retail environment aligned with merchandising standards. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when answering inquiries or assisting customers via phone or online channels. Support retail store operations through effective communication skills, teamwork, and maintaining a positive store atmosphere. Requirements Previous experience in retail sales or cashiering is preferred; supervisory experience is a plus for leadership opportunities. Proficiency with POS systems, cash register operations, and basic math skills for accurate transactions. Bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve our diverse customer base effectively.
