At Gordo's Bubble Waffles, we are looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused team members to join our growing dessert shop. As a team member, you will be responsible for preparing our signature bubble waffles, mini pancakes, and specialty desserts while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve bubble waffles, mini pancakes, ice cream, and drinks according to company standards Provide friendly and professional customer service at all times Take customer orders accurately using the POS system Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace, kitchen, and front area Restock ingredients and supplies as needed Follow food safety and hygiene guidelines Assist with opening and closing duties Work as part of a team to ensure smooth daily operations

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Must be reliable and punctual Food service experience is a plus (but not required) Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
