What You'll Do as a Cashier As a Cashier at Fireworks City, you'll play a key role in ensuring our customers have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

Transaction & Cash Handling Accurately process cash, check, and electronic payments. Count and verify your cash drawer at the start and end of each shift. Issue correct change quickly and without error. Reconcile daily sales totals with cash on hand. Identify and handle counterfeit bills. Customer Service Greet every customer with a positive, welcoming attitude. Answer questions about our products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions. Resolve customer complaints or escalate issues to management when necessary. Maintain a fast, efficient checkout experience, even during peak hours. Sales Floor & Station Maintenance Keep the checkout area clean, organized, and fully stocked. Assist with restocking shelves and rotating products as needed. Monitor and report low inventory to management. Honesty & Accountability Report all cash discrepancies immediately to a supervisor. Never process unauthorized discounts, voids, or refunds. Follow all loss prevention and cash handling policies without exception. What We're Looking For To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Experience :

  At least 1 year of cashier or related experience.

• Skills :

  Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to perform under pressure.
