Duties Warmly greet customers in person and on the phone while providing excellent service during prescription call-ins, pick-ups and consultations Process payments efficiently using pharmacy software systems, ensuring accuracy in billing and data entry Maintain customer confidentiality at all times while handling sensitive health information in compliance with privacy laws Strong customer service skills that focus on understanding customers needs and having the ability to maintain clear communication Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to learn and grow in a diverse pharmacy setting such as prescription service, delivery preparation, DME service help, and assisting with our closed shop pharmacy needs.
