Job Description
Job Summary As an Ice Cream Scooper, you will play a vital role in creating a delightful experience for our customers. You will be responsible for serving delicious ice cream and ensuring that each guest receives exceptional service in a friendly and efficient manner. This position requires a passion for customer interaction. Duties Serve ice cream and other frozen treats to customers with a smile, ensuring high-quality presentation. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the POS system. Assist with food preparation, including scooping ice cream, wrapping bakery items, and maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen area. Provide excellent customer service by helping guests with their selections and answering any questions they may have. Maintain inventory levels of ice cream and supplies, reporting any shortages to management. Keep the work area clean and organized, adhering to health and safety regulations. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Utilize time management skills to serve customers quickly while maintaining quality. Other duties as assigned. Skills Proficient in cash handling and basic retail math to ensure accurate transactions. Experience in food preparation or working in a quick service fast food restaurant is preferred. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Familiarity with POS systems for processing sales efficiently. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively during peak hours. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated.
