Cashier/Document Scanner - Part Time

Kalispell Ford is adding a cashier and document scanner to their friendly and fast paced team. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, be independent and flexible. This individual will assist customers with vehicle related transactions, scan documents, file documents, and perform other duties as assigned. What We Offer $17.00 - $19.00 per hour 20-25 hours per week Afternoon/evening and Saturday schedule Flexible afternoon hours Select morning hours Every Sunday Off Discounts on products and services Growth opportunities Responsibilities Determine the customer's bill using the dealership's computer system Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from customers and record the amount received on the repair order and/or counter ticket Make change accurately and issue receipts to customers Scan Vehicle related documents and file Assist the managers with various clerical duties as needed Be courteous and efficient when working with all customers and employees Familiarize yourself with department structures & internal procedures for assisting customers efficiently Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Office suite is a plus Ability to communicate customers' interests needs and requests to management and sales personnel Professional personal appearance Clean driving record No experience necessary This position would be a good fit for someone looking to supplement hours and/or a high school/college student looking to work around a school schedule You may be an excellent candidate for this opportunity if you have experience in an office setting, customer relations, customer service, verbal communications, written communications, payment processing, automotive industry, retail industry, healthcare industry, automotive service, client ambassador, administrative assistant, and customer support.
