Duties Prepare and assemble a variety of pizzas according to established recipes and customer specifications Handle food ingredients with care, ensuring proper storage, sanitation, and food safety standards are maintained Use knife skills and culinary techniques to cut, portion, and prepare toppings and dough Monitor oven temperatures and cooking times to ensure perfect crusts and toppings every time Assist in menu planning by suggesting new pizza flavors or toppings based on customer preferences and trends Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen area, including equipment, utensils, and work surfaces Support food service operations by efficiently managing multiple orders during busy periods while upholding quality standards Qualifications Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or a restaurant environment is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures Experience with dietary department or dietary aide roles is a plus Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques Familiarity with catering or fine dining settings enhances your candidacy Ability to work quickly and accurately in a fast-paced kitchen environment Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards serving customers Join us if you're ready to bring your culinary talents to life in a lively setting where your skills make a real difference!
