Responsibilities Greet customers warmly in both Mandarin and English, ensuring a friendly and inviting atmosphere Accurately process cash, credit, and mobile payments using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS Take customer orders with precision, offering menu suggestions and upselling items to enhance sales Handle food handling duties including cashiering, food prep assistance, and food safety compliance Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the cashier area, dining space, and food prep zones Assist with bussing tables, clearing trays, and supporting staff during busy periods Manage cash handling responsibilities with accuracy, including balancing registers at shift end Experience Previous experience in food service or quick-service restaurant environments preferred, especially in cashiering or front-of-house roles Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly advantageous Demonstrated ability to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math understanding, and quick calculations during transactions Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and English is required to effectively communicate with diverse customers and staff Prior experience working in cafes, grocery stores, or retail environments that involve serving customers and managing transactions Join us to be part of a lively team dedicated to delivering top-notch service while honing your skills in the food industry.
