Duties Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service throughout their visit Take customer orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS, ensuring quick turnaround times Process cash, credit, and digital transactions efficiently while maintaining accurate cash register operations Assist in food preparation tasks, including assembling orders and maintaining food safety standards Upsell menu items to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness of the workspace, including food prep areas, dining spaces, and cashier stations Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to support food handling and preparation needs Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met Support bussing, sanitation, and general restaurant upkeep to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety Handle retail sales transactions with accuracy while providing friendly assistance to customers browsing or purchasing retail items Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast food restaurants is highly preferred Knowledge of POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is a strong advantage Demonstrated ability in food preparation, food handling, and kitchen operations Strong math skills for processing cash transactions and retail math calculations Excellent customer service skills with a positive attitude and effective communication abilities Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment while multitasking effectively Experience with food safety management practices and sanitation standards Retail or grocery store experience is a plus but not required Basic knowledge of operating kitchen equipment and serving techniques is desirable Join us today to be part of an energetic team committed to delivering outstanding food experiences!
