Full Job Description Job Overview:

Earp's Seafood looking for a friendly and reliable cashier to join our team! The ideal candidate enjoys interacting with people, providing exceptional customer service, and working in a fast-paced retail environment. No prior experience is required, though previous cashier or retail experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

Greet customers warmly and provide excellent customer service Answer phone calls with a friendly tone and assist with customer inquiries Operate the cash register and accurately and handle cash transactions Scan and bag customer purchases Process returns and exchanges efficiently Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment Provide product information and recommendations to customers Upsell products or services when appropriate Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves Arrive on time and contribute to a successful shift

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong organizational skills to manage cash and maintain an orderly checkout area Basic math skills to calculate totals, handle cash and provide accurate change Time management skills to efficiently serve customers and minimize wait times Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred Excellent communication skills to assist customers and provide product recommendations and guidance Friendly, reliable, and customer-focused attitude
