Job Purpose:

At Cannon Pharmacy, we work very hard to ensure our patients' healthcare needs are met. This requires an individual who is willing to go the extra mile to provide excellent service for our patients. We are seeking a cashier who can excel in a community pharmacy setting through execution of workflow best practices and providing excellent customer service for patients.

Duties:

Helps patients by greeting them in person and by phone; answering questions and requests; referring inquiries to the pharmacist. Maintains pharmacy inventory by checking front end stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed inventory and supplies; placing and expediting orders. Maintains a safe and clean pharmacy by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. Work with delivery staff to execute deliveries daily. Potential technician cross-training available. Prepares reports by collecting and summarizing information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
