Maintain store merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing products, and ensuring the cleanliness of the sales area. Upsell additional products or services to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries via phone etiquette and in person with professionalism. Support inventory management through stocking and merchandising efforts, ensuring product availability at all times. Skills Proficiency with POS systems and basic retail math to handle transactions confidently. Previous supervising experience is a plus, demonstrating leadership in team settings. Ability to conduct product demos and promote sales effectively. Bilingual skills are highly desirable to serve a diverse customer base. Strong communication skills coupled with excellent phone etiquette for professional interactions. Experience in grocery store or retail sales environments preferred. Knowledge of merchandising, stocking procedures, and grocery store operations is advantageous. Demonstrated ability in upselling, retail math, and cash handling to maximize sales opportunities.
