We're looking for a friendly, dependable Day Food Service Cashier to provide excellent customer service while accurately handling transactions and supporting daily dining operations. What You'll Do Greet and welcome customers to the Mystic Marketplace with a friendly, helpful attitude. Accurately process cash, credit card, and campus ID payments using the point-of-sale system. Handle daily receipts and ensure cash transactions are accurate and secure. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming workspace, including dining and serving areas. Restock beverages, snacks, and other items as needed. Work collaboratively with the Food Service team to keep operations running smoothly. Respond to customer questions and resolve concerns promptly and professionally. Follow all safety, sanitation, and food handling standards. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Good organizational skills and attention to details and accuracy. Good working knowledge of office procedures. Good interpersonal customer service skills in communicating and working with students, employees, and the public. Must observe established health and safety requirements of a food service operation. Excellent computer software skills (i.e. Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, etc., email and electronic calendar), strong familiarity with internet and excellent keyboarding skills.
