Job Title:
Pharmacy Clerk (Full-Time or Part-Time) Join our community healthcare team and help us deliver compassionate care to our patients! We are seeking a friendly, detail-oriented, and reliable Pharmacy Clerk to support our fast-paced pharmacy team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring smooth daily front-counter operations. What You Will Do:
Greet customers warmly and assist them at the intake and pickup counters. Operate the cash register efficiently to process prescriptions and over-the-counter sales. Verify patient information such as name, address, and insurance details to ensure absolute accuracy. Organize inventory by restocking shelves, tracking expiration dates, and maintaining a clean workspace. Answer phone calls professionally, route inquiries to the pharmacist, and handle general questions. What We Are Looking For High school diploma or equivalent certificate. Strong customer service skills with a friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused attitude. Excellent communication skills to interact clearly with patients and medical staff.
