IMPORTANT BEFORE APPLYING

You will need to be available year-round. Every weekend and evenings (as late as 7PM) required. Number of hours available depends upon availability, experience, and job specific ability. Every weekend is required for the foreseeable future. Most of our business happens on the weekends.

THE OPPORTUNITY

We are currently seeking a part-time Guest Services Operations Team Lead with the goal of training into a full-time role, to help support The SoakingPot's growth strategy to be the next big franchise! We are looking for someone that wants to learn all areas of the business and has the skillsets and desire to lead the Team and cover Front of House and Back of House -This is a hands-on, in the trenches with your Team position . Back of House (BOH) responsibilities include but are not limited to: Working as part of a strong, reliable Team Following clear processes and procedures Multitasking and prioritizing tasks in a busy environment Preparing and delivering Soaks, food, and beverages Handling Soak warm-ups, dishes, laundry, and pot cleaning Maintaining a clean, sanitary environment (lots and lots of cleaning!) Front of House (FOH) responsibilities include but are not limited to: Exceptional Customer Service! Efficient, clear, and kind Guest and Team interaction and communication Scheduling appointments for maximum efficiency and revenue, in-person and over the phone Check-ins / check-outs Retail sales Inventory Product receiving The SoakingPot Infusion Spa philosophy is to relax the whole body from the inside out, using botanical infusions. The SoakingPot provides a unique spa experience, with a social twist. Guests settle into a comfy oversized chair and relax with one of twelve organic foot soak infusions, in a deep copper pot. They can also add-on treatments, and delicious food & bevy to enjoy while they Soak. We'll provide organized, process-based training so you will feel confident and empowered, leading The SoakingPot Team.
