Overview We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Cashier and Support Team Member to join our fast-paced Coffee House/Cafe staff. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role welcoming customers and taking orders and supporting our kitchen staff with dishwashing and food prep. This position is perfect for friendly and outgoing individuals. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders accurately, and upselling menu items Process transactions using Square POS systems, handling cash and credit card payments responsibly Serve customers purchased baked goods and other counter items Assist Barista with keeping supplies stocked and various other support tasks Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter area Maintain cleanliness of customer seating areas Dishwashing and kitchen staff support Collaborate with team members to ensure timely service during peak hours Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service or fast food restaurant is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently Friendly and outgoing personality Basic math skills for cash handling and retail math applications Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell products effectively Familiarity with POS systems such as Square is advantageous Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
