The opportunity Delaware North Gaming is hiring a full-time or part-time Cage Cashier to join our team at Gate City Casino in Nashua, New Hampshire. As Cage Cashier, you will handle a large amount of currency, cash checks, and redeem tickets, vouchers, and chips for guests. What will you do? Handle large sums of money including validating tickets for guests, distributing cash to team members for jackpots and hand-pays, processing and verifying travelers' checks, approving and cashing checks, and cash advance services Maintain an accurate count of banks Perform regular cash buys to Cage Supervisor Issue and redeem chips; process chip fills and credits Follow all departmental and state policies and procedures More about you Must be at least 21 years of age Six months' cash handling experience preferred; experience handling large amounts of money Excellent math skills including addition and subtraction Basic computer skills No high school diploma or GED required Physical requirements Ability to lift or carry 30 pounds Exposure to secondhand smoke Shift details Days Evenings Holidays Weekends Every weekend 8hr shift OT as needed
