Job Description
Overview We are looking for a motivated and dependable Team Member to join our fast-paced restaurant team. In this role, you will help create a positive dining experience by providing exceptional customer service, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting daily restaurant operations. The ideal candidate is friendly, hardworking, and committed to delivering quality service in a clean and welcoming environment. Responsibilities Deliver excellent customer service by greeting guests, answering questions, and taking orders accurately and efficiently. Prepare and handle food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation guidelines. Operate cash registers and process customer payments accurately. Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant, including dining areas, kitchen spaces, and workstations. Promote menu items and upsell products to enhance the guest experience and support sales goals. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery. Utilize the Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing. Qualifications & Skills Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations. Experience with cash handling and point-of-sale systems. Understanding of sanitation and cleanliness standards in a restaurant environment. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to recommend and upsell menu items effectively.
