Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards. Assist in serving food and beverages during busy hours, including catering, banquet events, or nightclub settings. Manage time effectively to ensure prompt service during peak hours while balancing multiple responsibilities seamlessly. Uphold responsible alcohol service policies, checking IDs and monitoring guest consumption to promote safety. Support food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures to ensure compliance with health regulations. Skills Proven experience in food service, restaurant, or hospitality environments, especially in fine dining or nightlife settings such as nightclubs or banquets. Strong knowledge of POS systems for efficient cashiering and sales processing. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic demeanor that creates a welcoming environment. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts while maintaining accuracy in cash handling and sales. Basic math skills for cashiering, retail math, and accurate transaction processing. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and alcohol serving regulations.
