Qualifications & Desired Experience:
Active Physical Therapist license in NJ (or eligibility) Experience in hospital or outpatient therapy settings preferred Strong clinical reasoning and treatment planning skills Competency in direct care for diverse patient populations Ability to educate patients, families, students, and peers Commitment to professional growth, compliance, and safe practices Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities & Duties:
Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans Implement and modify therapy based on patient progress and physician directives Delegate and direct discipline-specific therapy activities and support staff Ensure treatment plans support effective transitions to community activities Complete accurate documentation and maintain compliance with privacy and regulatory guidelines Participate in student-focused programs and contribute to education and professional development Prioritize patient and employee safety in all aspects of clinical care Embody core values of quality, integrity, teamwork, and continuous improvement
