Job Summary As a Crew Member at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, you are the face of our brand. You will greet guests, take accurate orders, prepare world-class smoothies and food items to exact recipe standards, and maintain a clean, welcoming restaurant environment. We are looking for energetic, reliable team members to join us for our exciting grand opening in Holmdel. Key Responsibilities Provide enthusiastic, friendly customer service and guide guests through our menu options. Prepare smoothies, wraps, flatbreads, and bowls efficiently following strict corporate recipe and portion guidelines. Operate the point-of-sale (POS) register accurately, handle cash transactions, and process digital payments. Maintain a clean and sanitary work area, including food prep stations, blenders, dining room tables, and restrooms. Restock ingredients, prep fresh produce, and complete daily opening or closing cleaning checklists. Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines in the food service area. Qualifications and Skills No previous restaurant experience required; we provide comprehensive training. Must be at least 16 years of age (18+ preferred for opening/closing shifts). Strong communication skills and a positive, team-oriented attitude. Reliable transportation to Holmdel, NJ and a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
