Cashier

We're currently hiring Cashiers to join our growing retail team in Jersey City. We're looking for reliable, customer-focused individuals who can provide fast, accurate service while helping create a positive experience for every customer who visits the store. What You'll Be Responsible For Customer Transactions & Checkout Support Process cash, card and contactless payments accurately Handle refunds, exchanges and receipts professionally Assist customers with pricing, promotions and general checkout enquiries Maintain a smooth and efficient checkout experience during busy periods Customer Service & Shop Floor Support Greet customers and provide friendly assistance when needed Help maintain clean, organised and fully stocked checkout areas Support with bagging items and directing customers around the store Assist with shelf replenishment and basic merchandising tasks when required Store Operations Balance tills and follow cash-handling procedures Help maintain store cleanliness and presentation standards Follow company policies relating to safety, security and customer service Work collaboratively with team members to support daily store operations What We're Looking For Friendly and professional communication skills Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling payments Reliable with good punctuality and attendance Comfortable working in a busy retail environment Positive attitude and willingness to support the wider team Flexible availability including weekends, evenings and holiday shifts Previous experience in cashiering, retail sales, hospitality or customer service is beneficial, but not required.
