Managed by KemperSports, we pride ourselves on providing exceptional golfing experiences alongside our state-of-the-art Learning Center, which features a brand new golf simulator and comprehensive practice facilities. Summary As a Concessions Stand Attendant, you will play an essential role in enhancing the customer experience at our golf course and Learning Center. This position is vital for ensuring smooth operations, contributing to our mission of delivering outstanding service to all our guests. Responsibilities Assist golfers with food and/or beverage orders. Other duties as assigned. Stock food & beverages with inventory from our Clubhouse. Prepare and serve all required food items in accordance with established portions and presentation standards. Set up service station with needed items. Maintain and break down as appropriate. Ensure that assigned work areas and equipment are clean and sanitary according to company standards and state and local health and safety regulations. Make change and process credit card charges according to procedures. Verify inventory of merchandise to the inventory count sheet at the beginning of shift. Verify and balance the ending inventory quantities against the inventory count sheet and the created POS ticket. Generate an inventory count sheet with each replenishment until final ticket close out. Turn in appropriate paperwork with bank to Accounting at end of shift. Maintain security and safety in the kitchen according to Company policy. Maintain neat professional appearance and observes personal cleanliness rules and sanitation standards. Cover, date, and neatly store all leftover products that are re-usable. Qualifications Previous experience in a retail or hospitality environment is preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences. Proficient in cash handling and familiarity with POS systems. Basic knowledge of food preparation or kitchen operations is a plus. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks. Good communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues effectively. Understanding of retail math concepts is beneficial but not required.
