First and foremost, you must be at least 18 years old—gotta be of legal age to join our spirited team. Physical stamina is key, as you'll need to lift at least 40 lbs and stay active throughout your shifts, helping customers and organizing inventory. Previous retail or liquor store experience is a plus, giving you a leg up in understanding our quality products and customer needs. Familiarity with cash registers and basic inventory management software will help you glide through daily tasks seamlessly. Most importantly, your customer-centric attitude and willingness to engage with our patrons will ensure you create an enjoyable shopping experience every day.
