Key Responsibilities Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner Take customer orders accurately and deliver food and beverages efficiently Maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining and service areas Assist with food prep, restocking, and opening/closing duties as needed Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations Handle customer concerns or escalate issues to management appropriately Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and stay calm under pressure A team-player attitude and a willingness to learn Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain) Benefits Healthy Staff meals and discounts Flexible scheduling Opportunities for growth and advancement A supportive, team-oriented work environment
