Able to work under pressure handle a fast paced env. Responsibilities Greet customers with a friendly attitude, taking their food orders accurately using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Prepare and serve food items efficiently, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols. Operate kitchen equipment safely and maintain cleanliness in the food preparation area. Process sales transactions accurately, including cash handling, credit card payments, and processing cash register operations. Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Manage food service customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards are met. Maintain a clean workspace by regularly sanitizing surfaces, bussing tables, and ensuring proper sanitation practices are followed throughout shifts. Assist with inventory management, restocking supplies, and ensuring all food handling procedures comply with safety regulations. Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and creating a welcoming environment for all guests. Qualifications Previous experience in quick service or fast-food restaurant environments is preferred; food industry experience is highly valued. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous. Strong skills in food preparation, cashiering, and retail math are essential for success in this role. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining high standards of food safety management. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks swiftly during busy periods. Demonstrated customer service skills with a positive attitude and strong communication abilities. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales data effectively. Experience in grocery store or retail sales transactions is a plus; serving or café experience is beneficial.
