Why This Role Matters The Cashier / Busser plays a key role in creating an exceptional guest experience by providing friendly, efficient service while keeping the dining room clean, organized and welcoming. This position combines cashier and dining room support responsibilities to ensure guests enjoy a seamless experience from the moment they place their order until their visit is complete. What You'll Do Greet guests and accurately process food and beverage orders using the POS system. Provide friendly, attentive service while answering guest questions and assisting with their needs. Bus, clean and reset tables to maintain a clean, inviting dining environment. Restock condiments, utensils, beverages and other dining room supplies throughout the shift. Assist with food running and support front-of-house operations during busy service periods. Maintain cleanliness and organization of cashier stations, dining areas and service spaces. Requirements Previous cashier, restaurant, food service or customer service experience preferred. Previous bussing or dining room support experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Strong cash handling skills and basic math proficiency. Working knowledge of POS systems or the ability to quickly learn new technology. Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and hospitality standards. Current New Mexico Food Handler Certification required. Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 30+ pounds.
