Front End Associate Duties:

• Greet customers and provide excellent customer service
• Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
• Packing breads and displaying them accordingly
• Making drinks based on TLJ standards and restocking the bases, and prepping accordingly
• Assist customers with locating products and answering inquiries
• Maintain a clean and organized front end area, bathrooms at all times
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent customer service abilities
• Attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of basic math skills for cash handling Experience in the following areas is preferred:
• Hospitality
• Food industry (Cafe preferred)
