SEASONAL MARKET ATTENDANT

Summary Hyatt Regency Lake Tahoe is seeking a friendly and dependable individual to join our team as a Seasonal Market Attendant . This role supports the operations of Tahoe Provisions, our grab-and-go market featuring locally inspired snacks, beverages, and quick meals. The ideal candidate enjoys guest interaction, works efficiently in a fast-paced environment, and thrives in both independent and team-oriented tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests warmly and assist with product selection and questions Operate the POS system and handle cash, credit card, and room charge transactions accurately Restock food, beverage, and retail items as needed to maintain presentation standards Maintain cleanliness and organization of the market space Ensure all food safety and hygiene procedures are followed Communicate inventory or maintenance needs to supervisors Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Prior experience in retail or food & beverage is preferred, but not required Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as needed Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
