Handle cash register operations with precision, including cash handling, cash drawer balancing, and retail math calculations. Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers warmly, answering questions, and assisting with product demos when needed. Upsell products and promote store specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining a positive attitude. Maintain merchandising standards by stocking shelves, organizing displays, and ensuring product knowledge is up-to-date for effective customer assistance. Demonstrate strong phone etiquette when responding to inquiries or assisting customers over the phone. Support inventory management through stocking and merchandising tasks, ensuring the store remains inviting and well-organized. Experience Prior cashiering or retail sales experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for learning is key! Familiarity with POS systems and cash register operations is a plus. Strong communication skills in both English and bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customers. Previous supervising experience in retail or customer service roles can be beneficial for growth opportunities.
